Our Mission.
Liz and I have noticed over the years of renting homes to people that there is a great divide between renters and owners. We absolutely hate the term “landlords” and we feel as if we can bridge the gap between the two. Our approach is allowing renters to have more skin in the game and for us to allow people to live in the neighborhoods they want. We have seen renters settle to wherever is cheaper, available, or just squeeze into a home to make it work. We want to give renters options by working within their budgets and finding them a home in the area they choose. We allow them to keep their children in their schools, be close to family, and shorten their work commute giving them an overall better life situation without breaking their budget.

I have had a very interesting career path. I have gone from demolition to construction to real estate. I have learned many things from each job but the most important lesson I've learned was that I find fulfillment when I am actively helping people. I love the creativity that fixing up run-down houses allows me, but there is nothing better than seeing people's faces as they move into their new home.
